Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, located in Montclair. Fairly small restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, not overbearing as some steak houses can be. Good service, knowledgeable staff. Food was very good, nice wine list. Overall, a good experience, we'll go back.

Food was excellent. Every dish we had was better than the last. The appetizers we tried were the tuna crudo, shisitos, mushroom dip, tuna dip, salmon and furikake fries. They were all delicious. The fries were a unique idea and a favorite. The Temaki were unique, delicious, and beautiful. We tried so many of them and I would Order them all again. Faves though were the Tuna, the yellowtail with scallion, the lobster, the fried oyster and the Triple which is a huge splurge. We will Definitely be back!

Just a fabulous evening, photos of friends and family in an exquisitely decorated fairytale setting, excellent food, picturesque views of NYC and Northern New Jersey, really a treat and a top restaurant hitting all high marks!

We went here for dinner at 5:30, so I it may not be true of a later crowded space, but the tapas & service were outstanding at that time. We can't wait to go back when the weather is better to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views.
