The newly updated two-story Victorian house has a handsomely sophisticated interior, featuring two fireplaces and a set of crystal chandeliers, that once graced the interior of the Royal York Hotel, and beautiful pieces of art throughout the restaurant. During the spring and summer months, Bumpkins offers an outdoor dining experience on their terrace, complete with a view of Norman Jewison parkette. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the waitress provided excellent service. However, the portions were small for the price, and the flavor was a bit different from traditional Thai food, being sweeter and not very spicy.

Food and service was wonderful. Such a gem in our neighborhood. We were going to the Theater and they made sure we would have plenty of time to enjoy our dinner and be on time for the Theater. I would highly recommend Bumpkins
