Beste restaurants voor een lunch in Rusper

Spur of the moment decision to pop in for lunch at Bolney’s restaurant upstairs. Staff are very friendly and quickly got us set up with glasses of the house BdB. Soup of the day came with proper bread and local butter; the crab salad with pickled radishes was fresh and tasty. Main courses sound less interesting than the starters, but the burger and the cod and chips were well executed. We each finished with an affogato that provided a good strong jolt to get us back on our feet. It’s not particularly cheap but we both staggered out stuffed and happy

Our first time at the Owl and we were so impressed. People often claim to have a special welcome and outstanding service but this was real and genuine. A place with a good heart. There is great variety of very tasty food on offer; everything from a. sophisticated dinner menu which rivals the West End in variety and quality to an eminently reasonably priced lunch menu. No wonder the Owl is busy : the management has got things absolutely right !

Excellent lunch, friendly service and great atmosphere!

The pub was quite busy and so we’re the staff. The food came quite promptly and was hot and excellent!
