Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. We enjoyed the food, drink, service and atmosphere there. The staff are all welcoming us warmly. We loved deep fried white fish, fried rice, dim sum.

Amazing restaurant. Service was very professional, yet personal, from when we entered the day and until we left. Very service minded and smiling personnel. Food was the best Japanese food I have had, and I am definitely going back to try more things on the menu. There are simply too many good things to cover with one meal.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
