We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. We are very meticulous about using only the best of ingredients, even with condiments, such as gluten-free soy sauce and organic miso.

Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay.     The ramen and the beef ribs were pretty great. The sashimi was a bit overpriced for the small amounts of food but the presentation was nice. The duck was the most disappointing. Servers spilled food and drinks on us because of the Sat rush so that was the biggest negative. All in all though would go back again for the beef ribs. An extra bonus for the gf selection. Would have loved to have tried the items we saw on the website menu but they weren't available the night we went.

    Loved the vibe of this small but amazing place tucked down a side street but just a short stroll from our hotel. Toby(?) was incredibly helpful and the food and cocktails perfect for 2 weary travellers after long days of walking around a hot city We lived it down much that we came back again the following evening Highly recommend as a real hidden gem and perfect Aussie hospitality from start to finish
