We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. We are very meticulous about using only the best of ingredients, even with condiments, such as gluten-free soy sauce and organic miso.

Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
