An einem Ort wie diesem, umgeben von qualitätsvollen Pflanzen und schönster Natur, ist es für uns selbstverständlich, dass sich das Motto "saisonal und regional" nicht nur auf das Angebot der Gärtnerei bezieht, sondern sich auch auf der Speisekarte unserer Küche widerspiegelt. So entstehen neben dem klassischen Wiener Schnitzel und den Deutschen Tapas Kreationen wie das vegane Austernpilz-Schnitzel, ein gesottenes Schnitzel oder auch Fisch als Schnitzel. Bei der Auswahl der Produkte wird stark auf Regionalität und/oder artgerechte Tierhaltung geachtet.
Die Speisen im Macionga Restaurant & Weinbar sind unsere Lieblingsgerichte, aus den verschiedensten Regionen, die mit meist aus saisonalen und regionalen Produkten interpretiert werden. Die Basis und das Handwerk unserer Küche sind die französische Küche. Die Aromen Welt, in der wir uns bewegen, hingegen grenzenlos. Alle Speisen, die wir ihnen servieren, sind durch den täglichen kreativen Austausch entstanden. Unsere Gerichte werden sensibel kreiert, mit Zeit und vollster Passion . Es geht in unserer Küche nichts über den Geschmack. Schnickschnack hat auf unseren Tellern nichts zu suchen. Der Starsommelier und Weinkreateur André MACIONGA hat mit dem sterneerfahrenen Spitzenkoch Christopher WECKER einen kongenialen Partner und Küchenchef gefunden. Maciongas berühmt berüchtigte wine pairings, seine Erfahrung des Cuvetierens eigener Weine in Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen, französischen und spanischen Weingütern, bilden dazu die Perfektion und den Hochgenuss an Weinbegleitung.

Bobbe Speisesalon is a restaurant and bar in Berlin right by Prager Platz, serving kosher certified Israeli-Mediterranean food with a bit of German and other European influences. The restaurant stands in the western part of Berlin where the two quarters Wilmersdorf and Schöneberg meet. The restaurant space dates back to 1903 and the bar cabinet is said to have stood at this spot since the first restaurant back at the time. Newly founded in 2018 under the name of "Bobbe" (grandmother in Yiddish) the restaurant aims to convey the welcoming spirit of a family salon while capturing the timeless nature of dining, the here and now of every generation sharing quality time at the table.'
