All of our house meats are either slow-roasted, braised or smoked imparting unique and bold flavors to our sandwiches. We also combine this approach to our starters, salads and plates which feature local fare from rabbit, duck, to fresh fish. We have an interactive open kitchen as well as a unique charcuterie & cheese bar where guests can dine.
