The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites.
The restaurant is owned by executive chef Romano. His approach to Sarita is fairly simple: to create a space that’s a reflection of his kind of place.relaxing, fun and celebrate life in the company of friends and family with good food and a great cocktail in hand.
Luca West features high-end modern Italian served in a classy, Tuscan setting. Diners will find many of their favorite dishes that made Chef Luca’s Italian Cuisine such a grand success in downtown Cleveland. But new to Luca West are a number of unique menu choices that will become new favorites, for our new friends on the west side of Cleveland.
