Nash Bar & Stage is a restaurant & bar that brings a little bit of Nashville to Boston; serving up Southern-style vittles alongside live music. Nash is the most recent restaurant under the umbrellas of the Buttermilk & Bourbon Group & partner Chef Jason Santos. We are located in Boston's famous theatre district right across from the Wang & Wilbur theaters! We have two floors that host live music, line dancing & Nashville style songwriter circles. Artisan Bistro is a modern and inviting dining room dressed in rich dark and light woods with elegant European design elements. Accents of black, off-white, cognac, blues and warm grays echo a classic bistro look and feel. Crafted wood wainscoting throughout the room and soft ambient lighting from above highlight the white-washed, wood floors to further enhance the bistro-like setting. New stitched-leather booth seating lines the dramatic floor to ceiling wall of windows overlooking Avery Street and two high-top u-shaped booths frame the space on either end. Additional cluster seating is intimate and close, allowing for easy conversation and lively exchange. Artisan Bistro features fresh, local seasonal dishes that present artisanal cooking in an approachable way.

Back Deck offers professional backyard grilling in a laid-back city setting seven days a week. Back Deck brings the outdoors inside with details like exterior carriage lighting and glazed brick in the dining room and an open kitchen that invites guests to watch the flame-licked fun. Back serves polished takes on cookout classics as well as dishes cooked over an open flame at homes across the globe. Blu is a calm oasis I. A very busy part of town. The tables are well spaced out, the ambience and lighting just perfect for dining and the views are excellent. The food is good and somewhat conventional. But the service is really, really good. Our server, Val was knowledgeable, gentle, unobtrusive and there when we needed him. Rather old school but a rare treat compared to most restaurants in the area. Overall, we had a great experience.

I had a filet that was perfectly cooked and rich potatoes au gratin. Dinner and ambiance were excellent. My only regret was that my husband couldn't be there with me. Definitely will be back.
