For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." This was our first time eating at this casino and we were not disappointed! The staff are attentive but not hovering. The presentation and preparation of the meal was Excellent. My Prime Rib was prepared perfectly for Med Rare. My wife's Filet Mignon was also perfectly cooked to Medium. the taste and seasoning of both cuts of meat were delicious. We will definitely be back..........with friends to enjoy this restaurant.

Christmas Eve dinner. Full restaurant but still as fantastic as always. More larger groups made the atmosphere noisier but that is to expected. It was still wonderful food and a great place to spend a special occasion.

Or food was great, it was very noisy but also we can deal with that. Our waiter was kinda disinterested and not very friendly to be honest. We got the attention of another waitress who did what we were waiting for in minutes and then some. I know it was busy lady night but also a smile goes a LONG way especially during the holidays.
