We offer a fresh and inventive twist to traditional Irish fare, bringing together flavours from our travels around the world and local seasonal ingredients to create food you’ll fall in love with. Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world, childhood memories and seasonal changes. They are crafted using locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality, with a lot of care, and respect, for the environment that sustains us and the suppliers that share our hands-on approach. This is where the old and favourite flavours meet contemporary, Irish ingredients, in a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or larger groups, with a capacity of up to 275 people. The layout each separated by centenary brick, makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and cosy setting. Serving both lunch and dinner and group and tasting menus, it is a destination not to be missed, whether entertaining clients or celebrating family occasions.

Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The largest party on regular seating is 5 people.Please note all tables of 6 or more will be required to eat off our Chefs Sharing Menu.Mediterranean small plates, fresh pasta and quality cuts of meat where sharing is encouraged. The menu is concise and constantly changing.
