Chef Clare Smyth’s first restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth, opened its doors August 2017.Located in London’s Notting Hill at 92 Kensington Park Road, Core by Clare Smyth is a modern fine dining restaurant with a strong British ethos, in an elegant, relaxed interior.
Fire led modern European cooking, served in a warm vibrant dining room. Reservations open on the 1st of each month for the following month, for groups up to 6 guests. As our sister restaurant Zuaya London, Como Garden is delivered in tapas style where the menu is designed to cater around 3 dishes per person in order have a broader culinary experience. Baja Mexican restaurant, Maya is now open in a new pop-up space at Electric Diner.Maya offers vibrant and colourful sharing dishes, including Baja Cod Tacos, Masa Fried Chicken, Quesadillas and Tostadas - alongside Churros, Chocolate Mousse with pineapple and a range of other desserts to finish.The drinks offering includes a range of tequila and mezcal cocktails - including frozen margaritas and palomas - plus a Dirty Horchata made fresh on-site.
