Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 2024 AA Restaurant of the Year (England). Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal. The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. Vegans, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements receive an equally special dining experience. The Greyhound also has a diverse wine list, which won an AA Notable Wine List Award. As well as the wine list developed by Margriet, who is certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers, there is also a wide range of international beers.

Welcome to Riwaz Beaconsfield.It’s long been twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar's dream to champion the cuisines of India, especially the sub-cultures of Bohri, Ismaili, Moplah, Chettiars, amongst others. The menu of creatively enticing flavours and spices includes dishes created and cooked by Atul’s grandmother. Lunch will showcase our set 2 and 3 course menu plus the Jugalbandi set menu of four courses for two to share (£35pp). For a time-honoured experience, the evening A La Carte menu offers characteristic main courses complemented by a great selection of wines, cocktails and customary Indian drinks. A gourmet 7-course Tasting Menu (£65 pp) will be available in the early evenings (Sunday to Thursday). Went to Vaasu for a special occasion and it was made very special. Service was wonderful and food was exceptional. All of the food was so flavourful and had one of the best Irish coffees we’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back.

It was a bright and lively restaurant- so good to see so many people out in January and early on a Saturday night. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and food delicious. Non drinkers were well catered for with non alcoholic beer and fizz as well as the usual soft drinks. We didn’t have any but the chocolate cocktails looked interesting.

This was our 4th visit to a Kochhar venue. What a beautiful way to start the year. Cannot fault at all. Our waiter was friendly.efficient and attentive. The food was nicely presented and lovely and tasty Cannot wait to go again.

Wonderful space. Really helpful and friendly staff. Let us sit around playing games afterwards too with no onward bookings. Thanks guys!!! Only reason for not 5* food is limited veggie options. Value of food very, very fair for the quality of food and venue, but does add up fast if on three courses.
