Beste restaurants voor foodies in Holborn

The restaurant was really empty so we were worried about why but the food was reasonable and the green tea was good. Would I go again , I’m not sure as the atmosphere and vibe was disappointing. I can imagine it obviously would be better if there were more people in the restaurant

Me and my friends came here for a few drinks before going for dinner.. the staff were really welcoming - great service. The cocktails were excellent and the menu was interesting. We loved the moody, low-lit bar, and it wasn’t too loud to talk.

I celebrated my birthday here, the food was superb. Definitely will be coming back it’s only a shame that service wasn’t the best but although food and ambiance of the place was lovely so I can ignore it. Recommend

Story Cellar has become one of my absolute favorite spots in London. The food is fantastic—every dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The service is equally impressive, with a staff that truly knows how to make you feel welcome and taken care of. That said, the ambiance can depend on where you’re seated. On my most recent visit, I was initially placed at the low counter facing the street. While it might suit some, it wasn’t ideal for me, especially with a bad back. I mentioned it to the host, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, quickly finding me a more comfortable spot. This level of attention and care, paired with their incredible food, is why Story Cellar is a must-visit for me every time I’m in London. It’s worth the trip, and I always look forward to returning.

Great food and service. Only downside was the food service was in my opinion too quick. We had a three course meal in an hour. It would have been nice to spread the meal out.
