At KELP we take our time to make sure the food that goes on your plate is a fresh and local as possible. We source our seafood to be specifically Scottish and sustainable. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden. Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones. We now have an AA rosette for 2023/2024 to highlight his and the teams amazing work. Visiting from London for Christmas it was top of our list to try. And let me tell you, first visit to Bucks Bar did not disappoint. Food was fantastic. The chicken wings just fell off the bone. Best we have ever tasted! Service was superb and atmosphere was just perfect! Recommend everyone gets along to BB. You will not be disappointed!

I've eaten at Ardnamurchan before and it was just lovely. Glad to go back again. It's a bit of a treat as I'm on a limited budget, but it was well worth it. As a vegetarian, there were some dishes I'd never tried, which is always a treat. For starter I had wild mushroom parfait which was as smooth and tasty as anything. I then had roasted celeriac with chestnuts and it was simply divine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and very friendly and really efficient. Can't recommend Ardnamurchan highly enough.

The butchershop is an absolute gem. It's my go to place for all business meetings and birthdays but generally I like to dine here atleast once a fortnight. The foot is spectacular the steak is as good as I have ever had anywhere on gods green earth and the wine selection is delicious. The staff are superb and the portions are very filling but of the highest quality it's my favourite restaurant by a country mile. I highly recommend it and I always buy vouchers for friends who have never been before there feedback every time matches my expectations
