Akbar's established in 1995 with 12 branches in the UK now opens it's doors in Blackburn with the most vibrant interior design located at King Georges' Hall.     Writing this review on behalf of my grandma who doesn't have facebook or trip advisor. Booked a meal at The Crown with loved ones on Valentines Evening. We had the Valentines Special Menu which was divine. The lamb rump was delicious and we even had room for puddings which were very good, as usual. We had a lovely meal and then stayed for drinks to watch the artist, Martin Gregory Lambert. We had a brilliant Valentines Night full of lots of cheer, love and laughs. Thank you again The Crown for your hospitality. Would recommend to others who want a lovely meal and great entertainment!

    We visited Akbar's Restaurant on Valentines night the decorations where excellent they really made the effort, the service was 1st class I'd the food was to die for we definitely be going back.
