Foxtown Brewing is steeped in tradition and driven by a passion for great beer. Once the Opitz Zimmerman Brewery in the mid-1800s, Foxtown is a reclamation of Mequon history. We’re not the biggest brewery around, nor the flashiest, but you’ll see that we take brewing very seriously. Every ingredient in every recipe is backed by reason. Our beer is good on purpose.
Mr. B's is a classic Italian steakhouse featuring an array of prime cuts that are cooked to perfection in a custom 1100-degree wood-burning oven. The preparation gives the steaks a caramelized, buttery crust, creating a flavor and texture that makes for one of the best steaks you've ever had. In 2016 the Bavarian Bierhaus re-opened the space once occupied by the Bavarian Inn. It features a bierhall, a 15 bbl brewery, and multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Bierhaus will continue the tradition of being home to diverse regional events and festivals.
