For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country.
