The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The Bistro is open from 6pm Wednesday - Thursday and from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or you can just pop in for a coffee and a pastry or a cocktail.
