Want to broaden your knowledge of rum? Book in for a Tasting Bench Experience, available on the hour every day between 12-6pm. You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. Bookings of 2 - 11 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.Bookings of 11+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff when you arrive. Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. A childrens menu is available.A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-20 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 20+ people, please visit our webpage.

We can’t wait for you to experience one of the most unique experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Before you book, please note the following:Picnics are $30 per head and children's meals can be ordered on the day. Payment is required upon checking in for your picnic experience.Your picnic will include a selection of pizzas, salad and chips, with drinks to be purchased at an additional cost during your picnic. Upon arrival, you will also receive a complementary tasting of our Home Track Apple Cider.Picnic bookings can seat groups of 6 – 12 and are for a maximum of 4 hours.     Always brilliant! Highly recommended. The Epicurian is a crowd pleaser - whether it be a crowd of 20 or 2! The food is consistently good quality fresh produce, turning out Italian classics without fuss in an industrial feel old apple warehouse with some very nice finishes and a large wood fired pizza oven. In winter the fireplaces are ablaze and it is always cozy. In summer the doors swing open and there is a sense of the forrest beyond where nature trails take you through the trees in nearby hills. The staff are attentive, the wine list is perfect for food pairing! You cannot go past Epicurian for a fantastic experience in the Red Hill region.

    Fantastic experience. Very inciteful in the best possible way. Had an early booking on a Sunday, which meant we had the tasting table to ourselves. Absolutely brilliant.
