Chicken liver parfait don’t have strong scent/taste of liver and the texture is perfect. It’s is smooth which is not too soft which makes it taste like fat or too creamy. Duck leg comes with orange as one of the seasoning ingredients which make the dish very appetizing. Nice taste especially for summer time.
