A village pub with plenty of history and tradition, conveniently situated just off the A19. Cask marque accredited pub selling at least 3 cask ales. Having the benefit of 3 separate bars. A comfortable lounge for food, drink and conversation with a further 2 separate bar areas with Sky TV & ESPN. Quizzes and various charity events all happen at the Wellington. We have a Function room available. large car park and a well maintained beer garden for al fresco eating and drinking.

The Crathorne Arms is a great pub in a wonderful community spirited village, lovely people, Lord Crathorne himself couldn’t be more supportive, how lucky we are.Our life has come a full circle from a town pub in Middlesbrough (well Eugene has) to the tontine (McCoys Hotel, Restaurant and Bistro) to a village pub in Crathorne, Ten Minutes from Middlesbrough.We live above the pub, our furniture and furnishings live downstairs as they can’t and won’t fit up the stairs! So the canoe has the condiments, the bookcases our books, the huge sofa with big squashy cushions to sink into, tin lanterns reflecting patterns on the ceiling, this all makes for a homely feel and that’s what we would like to create along with good wholesome food and drink.Of Course the staff, front of house and kitchen are all great, hardworking, smiley, enthusiastic young people and a joy to work with.

The Duke of Cleveland is situated on the Headland in Hartlepool, just a short distance from the coast and next to St Hilda's Church. It is a listed building and the oldest one still in use in the town. Our establishment is a restaurant and pub with an excellent reputation for serving traditional homemade British dishes. We take pride in sourcing produce from local businesses as much as possible and use these ingredients to create the best dishes for our patrons. Our signature dishes include Haddock in our special beer batter with hand-cut chips and the local speciality, the chicken parmesan. We believe in keeping things simple and making them well. On Sundays, we offer a traditional roast dinner with a choice of Roast Rib of Beef, Loin of Pork, Breast of Chicken or Lamb Shank.The Duke of Cleveland is the ideal venue for weddings and other special occasions or events. As always, going to the Crathorne Arms has a welcoming relaxed atmosphere with well trained staff Experience a quirky cosy atmosphere Sample the seafood pancakes which are the best. Always happy when we depart Eugene is the host the most ! We are regular patrons and have celebrated many special occasions in their ‘back room’ During the summer the Teepee and outdoor pizza oven creates different pizza It’s a wonderful place for a catch up All in all our favourite place 💕

We went for Sunday lunch and it was really nice The atmosphere is relaxed Service was seamless Table was reserved and ready for our arrival Food menu was clear and easy to navigate There was plenty of food on the plate and then vegetables and extra Yorkshire puddings and gravy stuffed! Not even room for dessert although they had varied choices
