Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit. Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels. A la carte and Tasting menu for lunch can be enjoyed Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, and for dinner Thursday to Sunday.
