Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. The service was fantastic! Huge projection screen for watching sports. The food was delicious- so much better than what you expect at a hotel. We will eat here again.

Everything was fantastic! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We got the drink pairing with the food and the lovely staff was very informative and excited to tell us about every dish and drink. The food itself was incredible with such thought and care going into every single dish.
