Beste restaurants met een openhaard in Burnaby

Thank you for a great evening! The service was exceptional and food was delicious. Shoutouts to the the manager and servers for going above and beyond to make sure my friend who was visiting from out of town had a great experience. She was equally impressed! :)

Superb service and dining experience! Highly recommend.

First time visiting. Loved their food, friendly and professional servers and great atmosphere. Server mentioned the baked potatoes would take an additional 15 minutes so we substitute for additional rice or fries but we were OK to wait so we had our main first. She came back a 2nd time and said the potatoes would be a no go but it was all good, we got fries instead. She was apologetic and stuff happen. The only thing I would like for them to fix are the wobbly plates... it's like using a fork and knife on a turntable. It's as annoying (or worse) as a wobbly table :)

Spectacular, elevated ambiance and service. A true gem.

After having a difficult time navigating the complex Hilton/Crystal parkade, we finally found our way to the hotel lobby, and the restaurant, 20 minutes late. Better signage would be helpful. We enjoyed a lovely 3-course Valentines dinner with generous, tasty portions of food. Service was excellent, and our server, Linh, was very attentive and polite throughout the evening. On a less significant note, we thought the dress code of some of the other staff was a bit inconsistent. We gave a lower score (3) on ambience because the large screen TVs took away from the fine dining experience. Overall it was a very nice evening, however, and we would certainly recommend the restaurant to others. In fact, we have already done so. We'd love to come back, especially for other special occasion menus that we receive email notifications about.
