Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar.
