Traditional Chinese restaurant situated in Knightsbridge popular with locals as well as business types and the shopped out from Harrods. The decor is all oriental splendour and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. What's cooking? Traditional Chinese fare. Signature dishes include crispy fragrant duck, steamed seabass and mixed seafood platter. In the war, Imad's restaurants were destroyed and he was forced to flee the country in search of safety for his family. Making his way from Lebanon through Europe, Imad shared his skills cooking for other refugees, up to 400 at a time, and found even in the most challenging times, his passion for food and bringing people together to celebrate life was strong.

    All the waiting staff were friendly and helpful, the food was well presented and tasty, the chorizo on a mini-barbecue added excitement and was delicious, and the wine the waitress recommended was excellent. My only reservation was the noise levels and our waitress didn't speak up despite my asking her to repeat herself more than once. Otherwise, we had a good time and would go back

    This was our first time at Imad's. We arrived earlier than our booking, and we were warmly welcomed, and seated at the bar until our table was ready. My partner and I shared the sarnoaa and a shish tawook, which were both delicious. I had the pale ale which was really tasty. We had a dip for starter, which was also delicious, but we regretted it as the main course was very generous. The only minor problem is that the place is so popular and vibrant that it we had to speak really loudly to be heard! Would definitely go again.
