Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. SAFETY MEASURES:- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels- Team members' temperatures are being taken prior to starting their shift and sent home if the temperature reads above 100
