The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.
The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. We have a garden and a forager who provide local Petersham grown produce to our chef.
Welcome to Bacco Ristorante Italiano!"Bacco" is a family run restaurant, situated across the road from Richmond station. We serve great, authentic Italian food, using fresh seasonal ingredients. We are very passionate about home cooking, therefore we make our own fresh pasta, focaccia | ciabatta bread and desserts. We have an extensive Italian wine list, ranging from small producers from different parts of Italy to well-known vineyards such as Antinori. Our Alfresco dining can sit up to 50 guests. The terrace is heated during the cooler seasons. "Vinoteca" - our private dining area, is available on request for large groups, whereby we can sit up to 30 people. We look forward to welcoming you.
Our inspiration is the Zeus Faber, one of many local fish that can be fished sustainably and from our shores; although it has a wonderful Latin come Greek name, it also has a very British name - John Dory. Faber is the Latin word for ‘Smith’ and as Smith is the most common name in English, we decided it sits well with our ethos - we want to be accessible to all.Setting us apart from the rest is our commitment to working with local fishmongers who run out to the coast each evening to collect day-boat fish and local ingredients. This means that everything on our menu is fresh, sustainably sourced, and supports the local economy. Our chef Ollie Bass believes in creating dishes that are not only delicious but also ethical and responsible.A perfect spot with Eventim Apollo, The Lyric & Riverside studios only 5-10 minutes walk, dine in with us to feel like you're at the coast in the heart of Hammersmith
'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe, has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. Sunday roasts with 'all thetrimming's' - we tried beef and pork - had everything a Sunday roast shouldhave. Somewhere rather spiffing to go' (Fay Machsler, Evening Standard)
Set in a leafy residential area close to Richmond Park, The Victoria is a traditional public house and restaurant with a modern edge. Leading off from the cosy but spacious bar, The Victoria’s dining room is located in a bright and airy conservatory-style extension which overlooks a beautifully tended garden. During the day sunlight floods in, even on the darkest of days, while evening guests can dine with the stars as they twinkle over the beautiful candlelit room. With a varied and eclectic menu, The Victoria really does offer something for everyone with the best of British combining with touches of summery Mediterranean flavour, just a sprinkling of experimentation and all the skill of chef Paul Merrett and his team.
We really care about the food and wine we serve at the Fox and Grapes which is why we won a Catey Menu of the Year award and have earned a Bib Gourmand. You can also find us listed in Harden's, Zagat's, the Michelin Guide, the Time Out Eating & Drinking Guide and the Good Pub Guide amongst others.Alongside our Chef's Seasonal Dishes we offer a selection of classic English pub food such as fish and chips and that perennial favourite: the Burger. For a real treat, we recommend you try one of our succulent steaks cooked to perfection in our Josper Oven.
