Ariete restaurant is imbedded in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, inside the winery Clos de Tres Cantos. The restaurant is outdoors and has a cozy and rustic feel. It overlooks at the local vineyard on one side and rocky hills in the other.Our open kitchen allows guests a clear view of the action that unfolds in the kitchen.
The food is prepared with seasonal local products from neighboring farms and our own organic garden, paired with wine from the home winery.
