It sits at the base of a typical Puerto Rican House/Building turned into a Restaurant on the corner of Calle del Parque and calle Finlay, Santurce.The restaurant has been owned by Chefs Cesar Vega and Chef Daysi since opening it’s first location in 2021 and during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experiences.Chef Cesar’s tasting menu consists of Japanese inspired Omakase courses.Guest can now also visit the Godai by Sakana Restaurant for Chef Cesar’s Dining Experience with both abbreviated versions of Chef’s Cesar tasting menu and new menu to pair with champagne or sake.
