Mujō is a one MICHELIN star, intimate, omakase-only tasting menu experience serving modern edomae sushi led by Executive Chef J. Trent Harris. Our menu changes daily and reflects the best seasonal ingredients available, as well as fish flown in directly from Japan. The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e, 一期一会, or “one time, one meeting. Our goal is not to recreate the sushiya of Japan, but to offer an experience that represents who and where we are, while respecting and honoring the traditions of edomae sushi. Inspired by the concept of omotenashi, but rooted in southern hospitality.

Cooks & Soldiers brings the cuisine and cultural experience of Spain’s Basque region to the flourishing West Midtown area. The menu is divided into “pintxos tradicionales,” or tapas-like snacks served atop toasted bread; “pinxtos especiales,” or Basque-inspired small plates; “asador” including a variety of wood-grilled fish, meats and vegetables; and a selection of unique and modern desserts.
