Eine Halle aus der Jahrhundertwende, die 70 Jahre für die Destillierung von Essenzen zur Herstellung von Likören diente und danach eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Nutzung erlebt hatte, ist nun der Ort, in dem das Restaurant eins44 seinen Platz gefunden hat."Fine Dining" ohne prätentiös zu sein, so sehen wir unsere Art zu kochen.
