Another great night at Bresson! Wonderful atmosphere and great food. A big shout out for service. Asked for an espresso martini at the end of the evening and while the bartender had left the team improvised and presented the perfect cocktail! Well done to them. I look forward to the next visit! Last Friday was a special occasion for us and the Guiney Pig did not let us down. The food was a wonderfull experience and the attention to detail by Kevin the Maitre D and this daughter who served us made our visit perfect. We will be back and I recommend the Guinea Pig Restaurant in Dalkey to anyone .

Really lovely experience from start to finish. Service was really attentive and friendly. Lovely menu and we all enjoyed everything we ordered, from delicious bruschetta and aubergine parmigiana to gorgeous whole black sole, mushroom ravioli and seafood pasta. The homemade tiramisu was divine also! Looking forward to going back!
