Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. The Buxted Inn is a modern British restaurant, that make the most of the wonderful local ingredients on offer in their own garden and the surrounding countryside. The bar is also fully stocked with both local and international beers and the team shake and stir a variety of cocktails.The setting is modern and elegant but relaxed. The philosophy here is that great food should be enjoyed in comfortable relaxed surroundings where service comes with a friendly smile.The Buxted Inn welcomes groups and can sit up to a maximum of 50 people in the restaurant.
