From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. SIX is also Brighton"s first cold-pressed cocktail bar, offering a diverse menu of beautifully constructed drinks, along with a selection of the finest organic wines. We will also be serving our own brewed craft beers, made and imported from a small village outside of Ghent in Belgium. We are committed to solely using locally sourced, organic seasonal ingredients to create our perfectly balanced menus for both our Brasserie and Dining Room. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of freshest and highest quality available.

Beautifully arranged over three floors, Bohemia delivers food menu available until 9pm each day. The award winning food is prepared fresh and in house, with quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy creations by Bohemia's head chef and his team in a variety of settings including 'the library' balcony where they can relax on leather armchairs, read newspapers, use the free wifi and watch the world go by below in the historic Lanes. Downstairs is the main bar where there is a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere in the rustic surroundings with the famous centre island bar being the main focal point. The bar creates a sociable ambiance where guests and bar staff interact since there is no wall or bar-back dividing them. The talented bar staff are literally on stage. The service was outstanding. I wish we had the name of the woman who served us to shout her out. The food was delicious. Very reasonably priced too. Delicious steak for £24 with sides included. Gorgeous and cute restaurant with lovely decor. Would go again

Absolutely spot on for our son's 18th birthday lunch with family. Very accommodating and everyone loved their food choices. Very reasonably priced for the quality, lovely staff and super service. I later realised we hadn't left as big a tip as intended so will double next time, there will definitely be a next time! Thank you.

The atmosphere was great the food was beautiful the only thing they were short staffed so the drinks that were unreal just couldn’t come quick enough. Staff were amazing did apologise and give us a free shot of our choice. Would 100% go back.

The food was lovely … we were celebrating my daughter’s degree qualification as a family. It was great- no one else there, nice food and expected prices- no surprise there. The waiter was really cool but was a ‘constant’ talking and engaging with us repeatedly. Could do with knowing when to talk and when to stay distant. Lovely man though - I just felt he wanted to join in all the time?
