Locally sourced ingredients and made-from-scratch pastas and sauces highlight a Contemporary American menu with dashes of Mediterranean flair. We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state.
We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you!
