Even if it's beyond your backyard, this member of our family of fine restaurants (established in 2006) is well worth the trip. Vivid colors, an open kitchen, and delicious, homestyle aromas immediately tell you: You've come the right place. In our vibrant and welcoming decor, semi-casual attire is most often the norm, yet it's an ideal setting to celebrate special occasions. In fact, Perry Hall features a spacious private party room for 80 that can be easily divided into two intimate rooms of 30. We have also, on numerous occasions, offered the entire restaurant to host gatherings of 200. The Perry Hall lounge features 6 large plasmas and a hip, cool scene — the perfect place for a Cosmopolitan. The lounge is totally separate from our dining room, offering a great start to the night or a relaxing place to bring the evening to a close.

Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.
