Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and was not disappointed! I could have happily ordered everything on the menu. Every dish hit the mark. Drinks were great, my daughter particularly enjoyed that there was a non alcoholic wine option. The service is an absolute delight. I wish I lived locally, I would be a regular visitor!

We chose the fixed price lunch menu and were delighted by the choice of dishes available. The restaurant has an amazing decor and the staff were wonderful. We can certainly recommend the lunchtime menu and the fish theme.

Fantastic choice of food, good service. Restaurant buy and busier than the hotel expected so they didn’t really have enough staff, hence a longer wait for the table. Good location
