Bright and airy, with a vintage retro style and featuring distressed wooden tables topped in white marble, salvage greenhouse window frames and comfy linen banquettes, Salt continues Avoca’s emphasis on serving delicious, seasonal dishes with largely locally sourced ingredients. Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Roly's Bistro first opened its doors in 1992 and has served traditional European cuisine ever since. Lunch is served in the Bistro on Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday lunch being served in The Terrace Restaurant. Dinner is served in the Bistro seven evenings a week. We had a wonderful visit to Eleven to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food, drinks and staff were all fantastic and I would recommend Eleven to anyone looking for somewhere special for a family night out.

Another great night at Bresson! Wonderful atmosphere and great food. A big shout out for service. Asked for an espresso martini at the end of the evening and while the bartender had left the team improvised and presented the perfect cocktail! Well done to them. I look forward to the next visit! Thanks!
