Embark on an elevated gastronomic adventure defined by seasonal ingredients and the rich flavors of the Mediterranean. Crafted by architect Flaviano Capriotti, the bright and welcoming ambiance of Pellico 3 Milano provides an ideal backdrop for the culinary creations of Executive Chef Guido Paternollo: with clean-lined furnishings and decor seamlessly aligned with the cuisine, guests are invited to engage all five senses in an immersive experience. Here, cooking is synonymous with the use of seasonal ingredients, meticulously researched and thoughtfully chosen. The flavors presented encapsulate the entire Mediterranean basin, extending beyond typical Italian influences, and adhere strictly to the principles of seasonality. The outcome is a restaurant where the focus squarely rests on the excellence of the culinary creations.
Restaurant Torre is located on the sixth floor of the new tower at Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, designed by Rem Koolhaas with Chris van Duijn and Federico Pompignoli from architecture firm OMA.It appears, according to Koolhaas’s definition, as “a collage of pre-existing themes and elements”, combining works of art and design furniture. The restaurant is divided into two parts: the bar and the restaurant. The two spaces are characterized by a contrast between the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer an unprecedented view of the city of Milan, and the warm tones of the parquet, of the walnut carpentry work and the hemp panels that cover the walls.Torre’s menu is authentically Italian and draws on the best regional traditions, while the desserts offer a range of the great classics of Italian patisserie. A prestigious selection of wines from Italian and international labels completes the offer.
Situated in via Manzoni 31, in the heart of the fashion district, between Piazza della Scala and Piazza Cavour, the Armani/Ristorante is located on the seventh floor of the Armani Hotel Milano overlooking the center of Milan, totally detached from the city below. Cuisine at the Armani/Ristorante celebrates the great tradition of Italian gastronomy combined with an international twist. The careful selection of each and every ingredient to bring out the essence of flavor is key to the restaurant’s philosophy.
Right in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, Stilla bar is open all day for morning straight-up espressos, shifting to pre-dinner aperitivo and ending with unique, polished cocktails accompanied by daily DJ sets.
