I used trip advisor to search for the quality places to dine and although Diverge landed 12th on the listing, it had received rave reviews in the previous two weeks, so we booked. The food was outstanding with a genuine focus on Tasmanian produce, wine and sparkling wine. Staff were fun and generous with their time with all patrons. This place is a sleeping giant.
