It makes you realise that the difference in shari temperature does make the sushi taste different and better. There are also good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The lady staff who was working with the chef at the front was really easy and nice to talk to. The chef was exacting and very enthusiastic about his craft, while also engaging casually and personally with guests.
