In 2016 the Bavarian Bierhaus re-opened the space once occupied by the Bavarian Inn. It features a bierhall, a 15 bbl brewery, and multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Bierhaus will continue the tradition of being home to diverse regional events and festivals. Cuisine Restaurant is a student operated advanced training facility for MATC's Culinary Arts program. The restaurant allows students to gain practical experience in a high-end culinary environment. The restaurant features a seasonal menu including appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts.
Anchorage Restaurant is our favorite place to eat in Milwaukee! Located on our first floor, the restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, with happy hour specials running from 4 pm to 6 pm. Stop in for happy hour and enjoy specially discounted wines, beers, and small plates.For breakfast, select from a-la-carte options like buttermilk pancakes with whipped butter, oatmeal brulee or enjoy our Innjoyable breakfast with eggs, potatoes, choice of meat and toast.Dinner dishes include classics like fish & chips, bacon-wrapped meatloaf and pan-seared salmon. We also offer fresh vegetarian options like Chef Adrian’s walnut burger and our Brussel Salad.
What started out as a butcher shop concept, has evolved and changed over the years to become a full-service restaurant, which was solidified with the restaurant's move to a larger space in 2022. At Bavette, the consumer will enjoy complete transparency of its food moving from farm to plate. Although the butcher shop has been phased out, the restaurant still works with the same farms, and uses the same high quality meats on its menu, which consists of a daily changing menu consisting of salads, sandwiches, small plates, pates, cheese, and charcuterie boards. The restaurant truly is a farm-to-table restaurant, sourcing not only the meat but most of its produce from nearby farms. In addition to the highly seasonal menu, there is a small store featuring chef-curated retail items, such as Wisconsin cheeses, local charcuterie, artisanal jams, pickles, salts, vinegar, and oil. Going along with the thoughtful menu is a select and unique offering of craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
