We celebrated a milestone birthday with the 7-course tasting menu “Claridad y Profundidad” with wine pairings. Each course was imaginative, inventive, and our knowledgeable server guided us through the experience beautifully. Though the portions may appear deceiving small, we were pleasantly satiated by the end. The ambiance, the interior design, and the views were also some of the best in Mexico City. Bajel is such a special place, and they really put in the effort to make a special occasion even more profoundly memorable.

La verdad no sabía que este hotel tenía esta oferta de restaurante en modo bufete, esto me encantó y si recomendaría mucho que lo visitaran ya que tiene una vista increíble al Ángel de la Independencia! La atención de los meseros es excelente y el ambiente muy acogedor. Gracias BALTA !

Four course meal with drinks on the terrace 400 feet above CDMX… a Christmas Eve we will never forget. One thing… they don’t let in kids after 6:00pm. They made an exception for our 15 year old son (who could pass for 18). Highly recommended CDMX experience.

The drinks here are incredible and the food is SO good. The calamari is world class and the pastas are all incredibly complex and satiating. The hamburger is a must get. My only advice is to go with an appetite
