Love this restaurant. The last few times eating here we have shared everything, and tonight we did the same and had the lasagna, so good!, the grapefruit and avocado salad, the calamari fritti, and the butter beans, oh and the gnocchi, which was divine! We all wished we could eat this food on a regular basis. What a treat.

Talk about fantastic - the drinks were excellent, balanced and refreshing without sacrificing alcohol content. A member of our party wanted a sweeter drink and the wait staff was happy to recommend a modification to one of their drinks that turned out delicious. Very happy we stopped by!

The food was amazing! The whole experience was very good, only hiccup was there was there was only one bartender for a packed house so drinks came out a little slow, but other than that food came out fast, and was very good. Upscale dining experience for sure and the food reflected that. The New York steak was to die for, perfect sear on both sides, perfect medium rare and seasoned amazingly. the king crab truffle fried rice might have been the best thing on the menu, had bits of truffle in the rice so no truffle oil used. Great experience and you should go sometime.

Exceptional! Creative, fresh and multidimensional flavors… loved the uni panna cotta and barramundi and every part. The winter tasting menu at Stubborn seed was the high point of our Vegas Valentine weekend. Chef Jeremy brings an elevated, Michelin starred dining experience and the team a positive vibe to masterfully prepared courses of fun and exciting dishes perfectly paired with wines, smiles, wonder and satisfaction. ✨ Absolutely Fantastic Experience! ✨ Our waitress, Destinee, was nothing short of AWESOME SAUCE! 🌟 She went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with her friendly service and spot-on menu suggestions. I have a serious cilantro aversion (like, we’re sworn enemies), and Destinee made sure every single dish was cilantro-free—no stress, no worries, just pure deliciousness! 🙌 The ceviche? Oh. My. Goodness. 😍 Normally, I have to skip out because of how it’s typically made, but they modified it just for me, and WOW—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. Huge shoutout to Destinee and the team for making this such a memorable meal. Can’t wait to come back for more! 🥂🎉
