Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!

Amazing service ❤️ love the place ❤️ they called me when I left my purse which is very appreciated ❤️ very good food ❤️ my bf didn’t like his chicken schnitzel bc it was dry but he’s an idiot for ordering chicken schnitzel and chips at an Italian place ❤️
