Our Chef Manuel Saldivar has been in the hospitality business for 20+ years honing his craft of unique dishes. We recommend trying the fried calamari, Chilean Seabass, the Coffee BBQ braised short ribs and any of our steaks! I read a couple of reviews before going to Waterside and saw some people talk about being rushed to order. For me it was on the contrary, our waitress Maria was amazing and the restaurant manager was great everyone was very welcoming and polite. The food was 7/10 appetizers and Main course was good.

An amazing eatery with fabulous views of the Hudson in a town park setting. Food is delicious and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended for those wanting to enjoy some great food and scenery that will amaze you no Marge time of year!!
