The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. Our first time at the Greyhound. We both had the tasting menu which was absolutely lovely. The service is excellent, and we were looked after superbly. It was much more than a meal and more like ‘an experience’. My partner and I were amazed when we left, that we had been there for almost 4 hours. Finally, you know you’re in a place that thinks of everything when they 1. Have a presentation box with different strength reading glasses for those of us that always forget our glasses. 2. At the end of the meal, you are given a bag with 2 gift boxes with breakfast for the next day. Superb all round and we will definitely be back.

This was our first visit and it didn’t disappoint. Great wine and superb food. Good vegan options for my partner (the mini papadoms and sauces were sublime!). I cannot recommend the monkfish curry enough. We were also surprised with a cake and two glasses of bubbles as it was our anniversary. Lovely!

It was the first visit but not the last. The food was outstanding, and the service was first-class. It was a quiet Saturday due to the school holidays, so we were fortunate to have a lovely ambience. The choice of tapas was excellent, and every dish was delectable. Our favourite was the Mushroom Croquette. Beautiful views of the river and tastefully decorated inside with a lovely Christmas atmosphere
